BJ Fogg is the director of the Behavior Design Lab at Stanford University. I was first introduced to Tiny Habits when I worked as an Assistant Patient Care Manager in the Emergency Department at Stanford Hospital. I had the opportunity to participate in a cohort of students focused on RN shift workers and building resilience. I have been practicing Tiny Habits ever since, but I wanted to take it to the next level, so I officially became certified as a Tiny Habits Coach. My passion is to help you build Tiny Habits related to wellness/lifestyle goals; however, I'm happy to help with any habit you would like to create. I'm currently residing in Portland, Oregon.
I look forward to working with you to build Tiny Habits that lead to significant change.
